With over 30 years of experience in education and leadership, she specializes in helping organizations navigate change, improve systems, and achieve meaningful results. After her time as a teacher, principal, deputy superintendent and interim superintendent, she served as the Implementation and Improvement Coordinator for Michigan’s Statewide Field Team.
Whether it was through her work with homeless children and families or her work as the Statewide Field Team's Implementation and Improvement Coordinator, she reinforced the importance of an approach rooted in a highly individualized approach for each client.
